We’ve turned the aesthetic of our shades on their side to create the stunning horizontal Vitale shade. It’s perfect for placing above a banquet table or breakfast bar and creates a truly unparalleled pattern of light and shade. The ends are open to project as much light as possible and have openings for two bulbs to create the maximum radiance and luminosity.

Truly a statement piece, the Vitale is part sculpture, part lampshade and will be a subject of discussion at all of your dinner parties. Vitale means ‘life’ and this shade will certainly breathe new life into your interior design.

As with all of our shades, the Vitale is crafted using our steam bending process, where our craftsmen create the twists and contours with ash hardwood, before hand-finishing each piece by sanding and oiling the wood.

Unlike the rest of our range, the Vitale comes with the electric materials installed, including a  black ceiling rose, black fabric cable and two brass lamp holders. All you need to buy is your bulbs (and we always recommend LED bulbs as they’re more energy efficient.)
