How are the products packaged?
Where possible, we take a plastic-free approach to packaging and so our homewares are packed using recyclable cardboard and tape.
How long does shipping take?
Our products are all made to order meaning most orders are dispatched within two to three weeks, however all products come with an estimated lead time in the description.

What is the returns policy?
We are happy to accept returns if the product:
- Is unused and has never been installed
- Is in fully resalable condition
You must notify us within 14 days of the first delivery if you would like to return the product

Does the colour of wood change over time?
Slightly yes, that is the nature and beauty of using natural materials. Ash is the lightest wood we use; over time the wood will darken.
How can I safely store my Steamed Studio product?
If kept in storage we recommend it to be under a climate-controlled environment.
Our products are made specifically for indoor use and should be kept in ambient conditions, e.g. no damp or overly dry atmospheres. Our steam-bent products must be kept in these conditions for the longevity of the product.
